In accordance with instructions contained in Government Order No. 2469 of the 16th instant, that I should submit for the information of His Excellency the Acting Governor, copies of any rules in force at the Civil Hospital for the conduct of the Wardmasters and others, I duly applied on (2nd) instant for copies of such Rules in force, and in reply have received from him the document which I have the honour to forward you herewith annexed, marked respectively No. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5.
